Refund policy


Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on purchases, products or services due to change of mind. Our 'no refund' policy applies also to medical procedures (including injectables) and dermal treatments and procedures.

Please note that treatments, services and packages are non transferrable to other individuals and they cannot be swapped for other treatments or services.

Reservation fees typically are non-refundable but can remain on the system as a credit.

Faulty or Damaged Product
If you have ordered products through our online store and believe that they are faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours to organise a return and replacement.
